E3 Favs

E3 is over and here are my most interested and excitable games that were shown to the public, aside from the fan favorites like Battlefield 3, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Star Wars: The Old Republic, Mass Effect 3, and Uncharted 3.
Ubisoft has really peaked my interest with From Dust which has players manipulating the game world's environment and reminds me of the classic Populous. However this time around we've got a lot of potential with the tech compared to the tiled based limitation of Populous itself.
Ubisoft has also surprised me with the announcement of the sequel to Far Cry 2. Far Cry 3 will be going back to what its original Far Cry was all about, being alone outnumbered on a tropical island with tons of baddies. Open world sandbox mayhem where you can decide how to play the game, I'm there.
Irrational Games might think the sky's the limit from where you'll be going with their newest game Bioshock Infinite. Not set in the depths of the ocean like the first Bioshock but the complete opposite actually, a civilization built up in the clouds. Throw in an interesting time manipulation process and you've got one cool game in the works indeed. With Bioshock 1 and 2 being so much fun to explore and discover I can't wait to find out the corrupted nature of this new world floating high above us all!
